Product Introduction:
TUW-374 Hydrofluoroether is an environmentally friendly solvent used as a cleaning agent, desiccant, and auxiliary agent for removing dust and non condensable gases. The ozone depletion potential (ODP) is zero, the global warming potential (GWP) is low, the atmospheric residence time is short, the chemical and thermal stability is high, the toxicity is low, and the surface tension is low. It is an ideal substitute for ODS and is widely used in many fields such as medicine, electronics, metals, precision equipment, optical lenses, chips, communications, and aerospace.
Product Features:
1. Impact on materials: Has no effect on most resins and metals;
2. Permeability: The surface tension is very low and can penetrate into small gaps;
3. Non combustibility: No ignition point, not classified as a hazardous material under the Fire Protection Law;
4. Dryness: Moderate boiling point, low heat of evaporation and gasification, excellent dryness;

Application :
1. Used as a cleaning agent
Can be used for cleaning semiconductor etching chambers and components; Remove residual accumulation of fluorine; Cleaning FOUPs (Front Open Standard Crystal Round Boxes); Clean the particles and impurities of precision electronic components; Clean LCD/OLED displays, optical components, and lenses; Cleaning car engine parts; Cleaning communication equipment, aviation engines, and oxygen pipeline equipment; Cleaning medical equipment, cleaning high-end chips, etc.
2. Used as a solvent
Can be used as a diluent for electronic coatings and screen coatings; Fluorine oil, fluorine resin, fluorine coating thinner; Reaction solvents and extraction solvents for analysis.
Product storage and transportation:
1. TUW-374 should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse, protected from high temperature sunlight, kept away from heat sources, acids, strong bases, oxidants, etc
2. TUW-374 is a non-toxic, non flammable, colorless and transparent liquid. It is transported as non dangerous goods. During transportation, violent oscillation should be avoided, and when stacking, inversion should be avoided.
