Product application scope:

(1) Can be used as a heat transfer cooling working fluid for semiconductor dry etching, wafer testing, packaging, and other applications;

Product storage and transportation:

This product should be stored in a clean, dry, well ventilated warehouse with a room temperature below 40 ℃, avoiding light and high temperature exposure. TUW-40S is a non-toxic, non flammable, colorless and transparent liquid. It is transported as a non hazardous material. Avoid severe oscillation during transportation and avoid inversion during stacking.
