TUW-7500 Electronic fluorinated liquid has excellent thermal and chemical stability   and moderate solubility. Ozone depletion potential (ODP) is zero. Compared with   HFC and PFC， its global warming  potential coefficient (GWP) is greatly reduced， reducing the burden on the environment.

Product application scope :
1.Cleaning chemicals
TUW-7500 electronic fluorinated liquid has a boiling point    of 134℃C and strong solubility. It is suitable for gas- phase decontamination and wet cleaning. TUW-7500 electronic fluorinated liquid has low surface tension and can penetrate  into very small gaps in precision    electronic instruments to provide complete and thorough  cleaning  effect.   Moreover, TUW-7500 electronic fluorinated liquid can be used alone or mixed with other solvents. This chemical liquid has good compatibility with most metals, plastic parts and rubber materials.
2.Heat conducting chemical liquid
It is especially suitable for semiconductor, automatic test bench (ATE) and equipment requiring low temperature control in chip. TUW-7500 electronic
fluorinated liquid has low toxicity, is nonflammable, will not destroy the ozone layer (ODP value = zero), and is more environmentally
friendly than PFC.
3.Solvent for deposition
TUW-7500 electronic fluorinated liquid has the characteristics of low viscosity and low surface tension, so TUW-7500 electronic fluorinated
liquid has the properties of high wettability and easy flow,. Therefore,
TUW-7500 electronic fluorination liquid can effectively dissolve the additives required in the process for perfluoropolyether (PFPE)
lubricant.

Product storage and transportation :
1.TUW-7500 shall be stored in a clean and dry warehouse to prevent high temperature and sunlight, away  from heat source, acid, strong alkali, oxidant, etc.
2.TUW-7500 is a non- toxic, non combustible, colorless and  transparent  liquid.  It  is transported  as  non  dangerous  goods.  Violent  oscillation shall be avoided during transportation and inversion shall be avoided  during stacking.

Product safety and precautions:
1.Local regulations    on normal    protection and industrial hygiene related    to  chemical  treatment must be observed,and thermal decomposition products shall not be inhaled. Avoid skin contact with
hot substances.
2.Do not eat, drink  or  smoke  when  using  this  product.  Clean  thoroughly after operation. Avoid release into the environment. Avoid contact with oxidants (such as chlorine, chromic acid, etc.).
3.When using this product, we should abide by the information and suggestions provided in our chemical safety technical manual. Basic precautions for handling chemicals should also be in place.
