TUW-1700 Electronic grade electronic coating agent (TDS)
1.Product Introduction:
TUW-1700 Electronic grade coating protective agent is a fluoropolymer protective product using hydrofluoroether as a solvent. For moisture-proof and anti-corrosion protection of printed circuit boards and electronic components, TUW-1700 electronic grade coating protective fluoride solution can quickly form a very thin film after coating, which has excellent hydrophobic and oil repellent properties. No additional curing process is required, making it very easy to apply, remove, and repair. The solvents and polymers in the TUW-1700 electronic grade coating protective fluoride solution are very safe substances that do not damage the ozone layer and comply with RoHS requirements.
2.Product Features:
v It is very convenient to use and will dry into a film in a very short time, without the need for subsequent curing treatment
v Using cleaning agents can easily carry out rework
v The coating can be clearly observed under blue light or ultraviolet radiation, making it easy to identify and control the quality of the coating
v Has good thermoelectric stability and good insulation performance
v High insulation
v Strong weather resistance
v Flexible and foldable superhydrophobic coating.
3. Product application scope:
(1) Can be used for anti adhesive coatings, liquid crystal displays, micro motors, or MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) components
(2) Can be used for anti migration coatings, displays, spindle motors, or lubricating electronic components
(3)Can be used for moisture-proof and anti-corrosion coatings, for various materials and components

5. Product Storage and transportation:
This product should be stored in a clean, dry, well ventilated environment. In order to avoid thermal decomposition, the coating solution should be avoided from being heated above 150 ℃ (302 ° F), and the dry fluorinated polymer film should be avoided from being heated above 250 ℃ (482 ° F). When the storage conditions are at 16-27 ℃ (60-80 ° F) and in an environment with a relative humidity of less than 60%, and in an unopened container in the original packaging, the shelf life is considered to be 2 years from the production date. It is transported as a non hazardous material. Avoid severe oscillation during transportation and avoid inversion during stacking.
6. Product safety and precautions:
1) Local normal protection and industrial hygiene regulations regarding chemical treatment must be followed, and thermal decomposition products must not be inhaled. Avoid skin contact with high-temperature substances.
2) Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product. Thoroughly clean after operation. Avoid release into the environment. Avoid contact with oxidants such as chlorine, chromic acid, etc.
3) When using this product, you should follow the information and recommendations provided in our chemical safety technical manual. Basic preventive measures for handling chemicals should also be in place.
